Cancellation Policy:
If the need to reschedule or cancel an appointment arises, please give at least 48 hours notice and no fee will be charged. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 made to the credit card on file. Appointments can be canceled between 9am to 6pm by calling 559-791-8270 or emailing abgo.massage@gmail.com.
I do understand that emergencies and illnesses occur. If you are feeling ill within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment (i.e. have symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.), please let me know so we can reschedule your appointment. Equally, if there is dangerous weather or other extenuating circumstances, please do not travel if you do not have to. For these circumstances, I am happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge.
Late Arrivals Policy:
If you know you are running late, please call 559-791-8270 or email abgo.massage@gmail.com so that we can make the most of our time. Please be advised that late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled service in order to appropriately accommodate the next client. Late arrivals will still be responsible for the cost of the full treatment that was originally booked.
No Show Policy:
Clients who fail to attend their appointments without any prior notification will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. AB Go Massage will charge the credit card on file. After three no-shows, the client will no longer be able to book appointments with AB Go Massage Therapy.
