What can I expect from my first appointment?
Before your first visit, you will receive the AB Go Massage Therapy Welcome Packet, which includes your Health History, Liability Waiver, Privacy Practices, Payment Policies, and more. Once I receive the completed forms, I will begin the process of creating your treatment plan for our first session.
We will begin your session with a 30 minute Health Assessment. This portion of your session is where we will review your medical history, as well as discuss modality options and the details of your treatment plan. This will allow us to establish a baseline for your treatment plan, create long term goals, and review any potential changes. This process will take around 30 minutes, and will then be followed by the 60-minute massage session.
What is your Arrival Policy?
As a courtesy to both of us, please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This will allow us the time to check in on how you are feeling and update our goals for the session.
Where will my massage take place?
AB Go Massage Therapy is located in Parkside Plaza (484 N Prospect St C, Porterville, CA 93257) in Will’s Health and Fitness Gym. Parking available at location.
