Non Discrimination Policy
AB Go Massage Therapy does not and shall not discriminate in providing services to patients/clients based upon race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.
Reservations
All sessions are by appointment only. Please visit abgomassage.com to book a time. To reserve your first appointment, full prepayment of $165 is required at the time of booking. This ensures your time is securely held and allows me to prepare for your visit in advance. Returning patients, payment is due at your visit. Returning clients are always welcome to pay at the time of service by Venmo, Zelle, or card.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding that my time and schedule are reserved especially for you.
A valid credit card will be kept on file for each patient. We hold this information as part of our cancellation
policy and only make necessary charges to your account after the completion of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
The patient who is scheduled for an appointment is the one who is expected to attend the appointment. If a
substitute patient is desired, advanced notice and my acceptance is needed.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are prepaid and can be used toward any service of equal or lesser value. The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply when booking with a voucher. Reserve your voucher or text (559) 791-8270.
Vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred or re-gifted with prior approval if the original recipient is unable to use them. To arrange a transfer, please text or call (559) 791-8270 or email abgo.massage@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
Life happens, and I understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so that your appointment time can be offered to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
I value the relationships I build with each client and recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise — if an emergency prevents you from attending, please reach out. Exceptions may be made at my discretion. Thank you for understanding that each session time is reserved exclusively for you.
Late Arrival Policy
If you know you are running late, please call 559-791-8270 or email abgo.massage@gmail.com so that we can make the most of our time.
Please be advised that late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled service in order to appropriately accommodate the next client. Late arrivals will still be responsible for the cost of the full treatment that was originally booked.
No Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointments without any prior notification will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. AB Go Massage will charge the credit card on file. After three no-shows, the client will no longer be able to book appointments with AB Go Massage Therapy.
Payment Methods
For new clients, payment is collected at the time of booking. For returning clients, payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, FSA/HSA, Credit Card, or Check (Note: $40 fee for bounced checks).

AB Go Massage Therapy does not take insurance at this time.
Informed Consent
Prior to each massage session, we will review the treatment plan together. Included in the Client Intake form is the Client Consent Agreement stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures outlined in it.
Scope of Practice
AB Go Massage Therapy employs only New York state-licensed and California state-certified professionals and is held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association. Massage therapy involves the manipulation of a person's soft tissue and is performed for the therapeutic purposes of enhancing well-being, reducing the physical and mental effects of stress and tension, aiding in disease prevention, and restoring health.
Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) may provide services that lead to improved health and muscle function, but they do not diagnose medical diseases or disorders. They evaluate patients/clients in terms of health and disease in order to know what massage technique should be used and when to make referrals to other health care practitioners. Services are not intended as an alternative for proper medical attention for specific conditions. Please refer to a medical doctor for any specific condition which requires medical treatment.
Conduct and Boundaries
The client may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, or stop the massage at any time. The client will always be modestly draped, with only the area being massaged undraped. The clients will always be kept informed of the area to be massaged.
AB Go Massage Therapy expects that all clients will be clean, having showered or bathed prior to the sessions.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is never appropriate and will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, or inappropriately touching of the massage therapist, will result in the termination of the massage session immediately. The client will not be allowed to return for further massages and will be held responsible for the full fee of the service.
The massage therapist will never practice under the influence of prescription medication, over-the-counter
medication, alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substances that can impair their sensation or functioning.
Privacy Policy
Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence compliant with HIPPA regulations. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.
