A valid credit card will be kept on file for each patient. We hold this information as part of our cancellation
policy and only make necessary charges to your account after the completion of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
The patient who is scheduled for an appointment is the one who is expected to attend the appointment. If a
substitute patient is desired, advanced notice and my acceptance is needed.
If the need to reschedule or cancel an appointment arises, please give at least 48 hours notice and no fee will be charged. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 made to the credit card on file. Appointments can be canceled between 9am to 6pm by calling 559-791-8270 or emailing
I do understand that emergencies and illnesses occur. If you are feeling ill within 24 hours of your scheduled
appointment (i.e. have symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.), please let me know so we can reschedule your appointment. Equally, if there is dangerous weather or other extenuating circumstances, please do not travel if you do not have to. For these circumstances, I am happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge.

Please be advised that late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled service in order to appropriately accommodate the next client. Late arrivals will still be responsible for the cost of the full treatment that was originally booked.
Clients who fail to attend their appointments without any prior notification will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. AB Go Massage will charge the credit card on file. After three no-shows, the client will no longer be able to book appointments with AB Go Massage Therapy.
Payment is due at the time of service.

Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, FSA or HSA, Credit Card, or Check (There will be a $40 fee for bounced checks.)

AB Go Massage Therapy does not take insurance at this time.
Prior to each massage session, we will review the treatment plan together. Included in the Client Intake form is the Client Consent Agreement stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures outlined in it.
AB Go Massage Therapy employs only New York state-licensed and California state-certified professionals and is held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association. Massage therapy involves the manipulation of a person's soft tissue and is performed for the therapeutic purposes of enhancing well-being, reducing the physical and mental effects of stress and tension, aiding in disease prevention, and restoring health.
Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) may provide services that lead to improved health and muscle function, but they do not diagnose medical diseases or disorders. They evaluate patients/clients in terms of health and disease in order to know what massage technique should be used and when to make referrals to other health care practitioners. Services are not intended as an alternative for proper medical attention for specific conditions. Please refer to a medical doctor for any specific condition which requires medical treatment.
The client may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, or stop the massage at any time. The client will always be modestly draped, with only the area being massaged undraped. The clients will always be kept informed of the area to be massaged.
AB Go Massage Therapy expects that all clients will be clean, having showered or bathed prior to the sessions.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is never appropriate and will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, or inappropriately touching of the massage therapist, will result in the termination of the massage session immediately. The client will not be allowed to return for further massages and will be held responsible for the full fee of the service.
The massage therapist will never practice under the influence of prescription medication, over-the-counter
medication, alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substances that can impair their sensation or functioning.
Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence compliant with HIPPA regulations. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.
